Policies


 Shipping and Return Policies:

We are here to provide you with a shopping experience and product that you can be happy with. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, for all exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • All vintage items, discounted items, and accessories will be FINAL SALE.
  • For new items, there will be NO REFUNDS, only EXCHANGES within 14 days of purchase.
  • All returned items must be unworn, with tags still attached in its original condition. Please be mindful of odors. We cannot accept anything that smells like cigarettes, pets, etc. 
  • Please contact us to request a return authorization form. This form, along with a copy of your receipt must be included with the merchandise you are returning. If your receipt is virtual, please include a printed version. 
  • Merchandise must be shipped via traceable and insured mail.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. In the rare event that we should make a mistake in shipping the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If an item you receive is defective in any way, you have 48 hours after receiving the item to inform us of this. 
  • If something is returned in an unacceptable condition, you will not receive your credit.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee in certain situations. 

Vintage Disclosure:

Vintage means pre-loved. Our clothing has had a life before it even reaches you! Please be aware that most vintage clothing does show small signs of wear, and some pieces show noticeable wear. We try to describe items in detail to help you make the best choice when shopping with us. We try our best to date each item according to its era, whether it be 80s sunglasses or a vintage prom dress. In the event that we sell a contemporary designer piece, we may list it in the vintage section since it is pre-worn, but will write "modern" or "contemporary" on the item page. Please keep in mind that vintage clothing can be extremely delicate, for some of it can be up to 40 or 50 years old. We will not be held responsible for any damage done once the item leaves our store. 

Vintage Sizing: 

Many old garments were custom made and will not include sizing labels. If they do, the old systems of sizing different greatly from modern ones. Many vintage sizes can be up tp 4 sizes smaller than those of today. Take time to evaluate the measurements we have provided you with to have the most accurate idea of whether or not the garment will be a good fit for you. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. 

Apparel Shipping: 

Most orders ship out within 24-48 hours of placing your order. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped standard service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 4-6 business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail to any of the 50 states and Puerto Rico. If you request a speedy delivery, please contact us via phone or email and we will provide you with our shipping cost. Orders placed after 3pm eastern standard time will be processed the following business day, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Mondays. As soon as we process your order, you will receive an email or text confirmation. 

Shoe Shipping:

Shoes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a rate of $9.99 per pair. Shoes will ship separately from the rest of your order, therefore may arrive on a different day.
